A Notice Regarding LowEndTalk

MXroute no longer seeks or welcomes traffic from lowendtalk.com.

For a time, we paid to be listed there as a provider. During that period, two individuals made it their habit to follow our representatives into every thread and repeat the same false claims about MXroute. One member even threatened to stalk me across the internet with the sole intent of harming our brand, and then sent fake legal complaints to our hosting provider, causing an hour of downtime for our billing system. Repeated requests to the site's administration produced no action. Leaving a community with a high correlation to federal arrests, a community where a member previously swatted my family, without moderation is not a smart decision. We concluded that continued participation was not serving our customers or our team, and that the community had not been maintained as a place where a provider can engage in good faith.

We have ended our listing and stepped away from that site. If you found us through LowEndTalk, we appreciate your curiosity — but we are not seeking your business on the strength of that referral. We'd rather you make your decision based on our own site, our own words, and the experience of customers who came to us directly.
